Accessing counselling for the first time can feel daunting, and it is important that you feel comfortable.
Our first meeting is an opportunity to look at what is going on for you, and look at how we can work together. Be it, ease the pain of anxiety, anger, depression or bereavement; or move you towards a better relationship with your partner, children or family. Ongoing, we can look to help develop skills to solve future issues.
